Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 12 June 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Superstore online shop, operated by StoresWiki LLC, Via Giuseppe Mazzini 4, Belpasso, 95032, CT, Italia ("Superstore", "we", "us"). By browsing or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the store

You must provide accurate account and contact details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products and pricing

We aim to describe products and display prices accurately. Prices are shown in the store's stated currency and include applicable taxes where indicated; any delivery charges are shown at checkout. If a genuine pricing or description error is found, we may cancel an affected order and refund any amount paid.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of the items. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or payment cannot be verified — and will refund any amount already charged.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers. By paying you authorise us to charge the order total to your chosen method. We do not store full card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our reasonable control, but we will help you resolve any delivery issue.

6. Returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel, return and obtain refunds are set out in our Refund and Returns policy and reflect your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including the EU right of withdrawal where it applies.

7. Intellectual property

The store, its design and content are owned by StoresWiki LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, with the competent courts of Catania (CT) having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that allow a consumer to bring proceedings in their place of residence.
