This policy explains how Superstore, operated by StoresWiki LLC, processes and delivers orders.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships, including tracking where available.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your location and the carrier. Estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as final delivery is handled by third-party carriers.

Shipping costs

Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay, based on your delivery address and the items in your basket.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we'll send a tracking link where the carrier provides one. You can also follow your order from your account using the order tracking option.

Delays and issues

If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact [email protected] with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it quickly.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect address, but we'll do our best to help.
