Refund and Returns

We want you to be happy with every purchase from Superstore, operated by StoresWiki LLC. This policy explains how to return an item and how refunds work. It applies alongside, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.

Right to cancel (EU right of withdrawal)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, contact us at [email protected] with your order number before returning the item.

Returns conditions

• Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags intact.
• Certain items may be exempt for hygiene, safety or personalisation reasons; these are noted on the product page.
• Please include your order number so we can identify your purchase.

How to return an item

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We'll confirm the return address and any reference to include.
3. Send the item back; we recommend a tracked service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Where the right of withdrawal applies, we refund the price paid; original standard delivery costs are refunded in line with applicable law.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us promptly and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including reasonable return shipping for the faulty item, in accordance with your legal rights.
